Thanks to the recruitment of additional staff, Dundalk library is open six days a week: Monday from 1pm to 8pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

Louth Library Service activities and events had moved to an online platform during the COVID pandemic and the garden now offers a unique new opportunity to programme face-to-face events again.

Working outdoors, in a covered and heated space, will allow for exciting, engaging — and perhaps even messy — events to safely return to the library space once more.
